Google review management for local businesses

Every review answered. Every happy customer asked. $49 a month.

Podium charges $399/mo. Birdeye starts at $349 per location. Meanwhile roughly 98% of local businesses run their reviews on nothing at all (MicroGaps market analysis, March 2026). Review Engine Lite is built for that 98%: review requests, on-brand drafted replies, one clean dashboard. Flat price, no contract, no demo call.

The dashboard, working right now

This is the whole product: your recent Google reviews, who's still waiting on an answer, and a drafted reply one click away. Below is a fictional sample practice so you can push every button. Sample data

Replies are drafted by a tone engine keyed to the star rating: warm and specific for praise, ownership and a direct line to the owner for complaints. Hit Regenerate and the phrasing changes so ten replies never read like one robot. On the live product, drafts come from Claude with your brand voice loaded; nothing posts without your approval.

How new reviews get made

Replying is defense. The growth comes from asking. After each job or visit, your customer gets one polite text or email with a review link. Run the simulation and watch both paths: the happy customer lands on Google, the unhappy one lands on your phone before it lands on your rating.

Private notes to owner7

Illustrative numbers for a single-location service business. Your free read-only scan shows your real ones. Every customer gets the same public Google link; the private note is an extra channel, not a filter, so the flow stays inside Google's review policy.

Simulated customer phone. No real messages are sent from this page.

Priced for the 98%

The enterprise tools are built for franchises with 40 locations and a marketing department. A single-location dentist, salon, or HVAC shop needs four functions and a flat bill. That tier barely exists, so we built it.

Agencies: white-label at $29/location. Competitor pricing from published 2026 plan pages and pricing guides; both anchor tiers bundle features a single location rarely touches, which is exactly why the $19 to $75 band sits empty.

Fair questions

What does it cost, really?

$49 per month per location, flat. No contract, no demo call, no onboarding fee, cancel anytime. Podium Core runs $399/mo and Birdeye starts around $349 per location, typically on annual terms.

Does it post replies automatically?

By default you approve every reply. Auto-post is an opt-in switch you flip once you trust the drafts, and you can limit it to 4 and 5 star reviews so complaints always get human eyes first.

Is the request flow allowed by Google?

Yes. Every customer gets the same public review link regardless of their rating. The private feedback path is an extra note that reaches the owner first; it never blocks anyone from posting publicly, which is what keeps the flow inside Google's review policies.

What happens in the free read-only scan?

The engine reads your public Google Business Profile, counts your unanswered reviews, computes your response rate, and drafts replies for your five most recent reviews. It has no access to change anything, which is the point: you judge the output before connecting anything.
